To minimize your financial responsibility YOU MUST file a claim with your insurance company regardless of fault to reduce your responsibility while helping JK Towing to recover appropriate compensation for services rendered. Pennsylvania Insurance laws do not all us to work directly with your insurance company but we can guide you every step of the way.
